Class participant Kitten Natividad loosens up prior to the start of class. This disc starts out looking like a regular workout video but gets more adult-oriented about halfway through with the participants partially naked and ultimately completely nude. Kitten unfortunately had to undergo a double mastectomy in 1999, but she made a full recovery from the surgery.
